Do fans need an app or account?
No. Fans scan the label with their phone camera — it opens in the browser. No download, no signup, no email required. Zero friction.
What happens when I run out of labels?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Labels roll over on tour-based packages. Subscription plans reset monthly.
Can bootleggers copy the QR code?
Standard QR codes can be copied perfectly. Fractal QR labels contain multi-scale patterns that measurably degrade when photocopied or reprinted. A scan of a copy will show degradation.
What about K-Pop photocard authentication?
Press supports batch generation of 200,000+ unique labels via API. Each photocard gets a unique fractal QR that degrades on reproduction. Analytics show geographic clustering of failed scans to identify counterfeit hotspots.
What is venue-exclusive content (Wormhole)?
Content that only unlocks when the fan is physically at the concert venue. It uses cryptographic proof-of-presence, not server-side geofencing. After the show, the content is locked forever.
How do I print the labels?
Download a print-ready PDF and use any thermal label printer (Brother QL-820NWB, ~$100). Or send PNGs to your screen printer or label vendor. Press fits into your existing print workflow.
